Role Purpose
Provide high-quality R2R processes supporting the R2R team with financial accounting and tax responsibilities. Support timely and accurate monthly closing processes, corporate tax returns, tax reporting requirements and reconciliations. Drive process improvement across R2R activities.
Key Activities
- Support month-end reporting activities and tax compliance.
- Manage the financial reporting and forecasting of UK holding companies, including management and statutory reporting.
- Support the audit of the UK and Ireland entities.
- Coordinate with BU & SP finance to support reporting including intercompany, tax, cash and fixed assets positions.
- Assist R2R team with VAT, cash, intercompany, fixed asset and other balance sheet reconciliations.
- Provide accounting information for statutory and tax requirements.
- Manage quarterly tax payments and R2R payment forms including tax and dividends.
- Complete bank clearing and bank reconciliations.
- Support finance cash forecast process for tax and other R2R payments.
- Support tax returns and reporting including VAT and Corporate Tax.

Salary Range £35,000-£40,000
About you
Key Skills
- Accounting and financial expertise - ideally part qualified and working towards a finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Understanding the impact of transactions on financial statements.
- Knowledge of finance processes, SAP systems and data.
- Ability to prioritise, delegate and arbitrate.
- Business partnering and service-oriented mindset.
- Continuous improvement skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration - fostering an environment that values teamwork and sharing of ideas and work.
