We're looking for an exceptional Global Process Owner (R2R) to lead the strategy, transformation, and governance of a complex, global Record-to-Report function.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a critical finance process on a global scale, driving standardisation, automation, and best-in-class financial governance across multiple markets. You'll play a pivotal role in creating a world-class finance function, partnering with senior leaders across Finance, Technology, Operations, and Shared Services to deliver measurable improvements in control, efficiency, and business performance.

Lead the Global R2R Strategy
- Own and evolve the end-to-end global Record-to-Report operating model.
- Define governance, policies, controls, and standards across all regions.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations.
- Act as the ultimate authority on global R2R processes, driving consistency and accountability across the organisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
