Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced R2R / Treasury Architect to serve as the senior functional authority for UK accounting, statutory reporting, and treasury processes. The role will ensure compliance with UK requirements while maintaining alignment with the global SAP template.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and validate UK statutory accounting, tax, compliance, and treasury requirements.
- Design and govern PTX, BACS, Direct Debit (DD), CAMT.053, and Citibank banking integration flows.
- Define and govern UK-specific process exceptions while ensuring global template alignment.
- Collaborate with offshore teams on SAP configuration, testing, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect triage, and functional validation activities.
- Ensure readiness for cutover, opening balances, go-live, and hypercare.
- Partner with reporting teams to ensure statutory and financial reporting accuracy.
- Provide functional leadership and solution design guidance across R2R and Treasury processes.

Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of SAP R2R / Treasury experience with strong functional architecture expertise.
- Strong knowledge of UK statutory accounting, taxation, compliance, and treasury processes.
- Hands-on experience with PTX, BACS, Direct Debit, CAMT.053, and banking integrations.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Financials.
- Excellent solution design, documentation, governance, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting end-to-end implementation, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with global SAP template rollouts and localization.
- Knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
- Exposure to Tableau and SAP HANA reporting.
- Experience working with distributed/onshore-offshore delivery teams.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a senior SAP Finance professional with strong UK localization and Treasury expertise, capable of bridging global template requirements with UK statutory and banking needs while providing hands-on functional leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.
