Race Director
We're currently recruiting for the position of Race Director.
You'll be responsible for overseeing our award-winning race events, ensuring every session is delivered safely, fairly and professionally. As Race Director, you'll lead the Race Marshal team during events, monitor all on-track activity, make key decisions during events, and ensure every race is managed to the highest standard.

You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and coordinating the Race Marshal team during events
- Delegating trackside responsibilities and ensuring all marshal positions are covered
- Overseeing all on-track activity to ensure races are conducted safely and fairly
- Making decisions relating to incidents, penalties and driver conduct
- Supporting and mentoring Race Marshals to maintain high operational standards
- Communicating effectively with the Activity Hosts and Duty Managers throughout the day
- Maintaining a professional, calm and decisive approach in a fast-paced environment

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- A good understanding of motorsport etiquette and race management
- Confidence making quick, fair decisions under pressure
- High standards of safety awareness and attention to detail

- Excellent timekeeping and organisational skills
- The confidence to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively
