Who We Are Looking For

Quanteam UK are seeking an experienced C# /.NET developer to join a trading floor environment in London, supporting a USD swaps trading desk. The role is available on either a permanent or a contract basis, and involves working closely with development and application teams to deliver robust, high-impact solutions to business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing, maintaining, and enhancing target tools for the USD Swap desk, moving away from tactical, existing tools to ensure smooth trading operations and efficient workflows.
  • Building long-term, robust solutions for the USD Swap desk, based on target information system applications.
  • Providing daily support to the USD Swap desk to keep applications up and running.
  • Managing change requests as they arise.
  • Designing and implementing new solutions for Risk and PnL, based on existing data sources.
  • Industrialising USD Swap trading tools.
  • Contributing to the wider developer community, and collaborating with development and application teams across international offices.
  • Providing back-up support for colleagues as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
