About the Company

Vision RT is a fast-growing MedTech company transforming radiation therapy for cancer patients by helping make it more accurate, effective, and comfortable. The company is the inventor of, and a market leader in, Surface Guided Radiation Therapy (SGRT). Our systems are used in over 3,000 clinics worldwide, including in 29 of the top 30 Best Hospitals for Cancer (source: US News and World Report 2026 rankings).

The company is recognized as one of Britain’s fastest-growing private tech companies, as featured in the 2025 Sunday Times 100 Tech list. Vision RT is also a recipient of the 2026 King’s Award for Enterprise, our fifth in 10 years. It is the UK’s most prestigious accolade for business excellence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
