Our client is a rapidly growing technology and R&D organisation delivering innovative solutions across RF, microwave and millimetre-wave domains. They're looking for an ambitious engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and wants to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.
Please note, we can only consider British citizens, that are willing to complete UK security clearance.
What you'll be doing
As an RF Engineer, you'll play a key role in developing next-generation technologies for a diverse client base. You'll be involved in everything from early-stage concept development through to prototyping, testing and deployment.

Key responsibilities include:
- RF, microwave and millimetre-wave system design
- Software Defined Radio (SDR) development and integration
- Development of prototype and pre-production equipment
- Requirements capture and technical documentation
- Planning and conducting equipment trials
- Equipment testing, evaluation and teardown activities
- AI and machine learning applications for RF sensor exploitation
- Research into emerging communications technologies

What we're looking for:
- Degree-qualified Engineer or similar technical background
- Around 5+ years' post-graduate industry experience
- Strong RF engineering knowledge
- Experience with SDR technologies
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
- Comfortable producing technical reports and documentation
- A proactive and innovative mindset
