📻 Volunteer Radio Presenters – Weekday Evenings

Devote Radio | Weekdays, 7pm–10pm | Volunteer Role

About Devote Radio

Devote Radio is an independent radio station broadcasting across Walsall and the surrounding area on DAB, as well as to listeners across the UK and beyond through the Devote Radio app, our online player, and Alexa smart speaker skill.

We're building a fresh, personality-led station combining great music, entertaining presenters, and engaging content, while creating opportunities for people who want to develop their skills and be part of a growing radio and media brand.

With our weekday schedule continuing to expand, we're now looking for new voices to join Devote Radio.

The Opportunity

We're primarily recruiting Volunteer Radio Presenters for our weekday evening schedule, broadcasting from 7pm until 10pm.

We're looking for presenters who can bring personality, energy, and their own identity to the station. Whether you already have experience in radio or you're looking for an opportunity to develop your presenting skills, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll have the opportunity to host your own regular show on Devote Radio, connecting with listeners through music, conversation, features, and engaging content.

What You'll Be Doing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
