Role Overview
Paragon Referrals in Wakefield, West Yorkshire offers an exciting opportunity to join their veterinary imaging team, specializing in MRI and CT.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside Radiographers, Diagnostic Imagers, and Veterinary Surgeons.
- Perform MRI, CT, and fluoroscopy examinations.
- Support services including Neurology, Oncology, Medicine, Orthopaedics, and Soft Tissue.
- Operate state-of-the-art equipment: Toshiba 1.5T Vantage Elan MRI scanner, 16 slice Toshiba Lightening Aquilion CT, and fluoroscopy.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and infection control protocols.
- Communicate with team members and coordinate daily activities.
- Conduct daily QA and necessary checks in the absence of the Lead Radiographer.
Qualifications
- Degree in Diagnostic Radiography.
- 3+ years of experience in MRI and CT.
- Previous experience in the veterinary industry is preferred but not essential.
