Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Radiology Operational Site Manager to provide operational and professional leadership for Radiology services at Musgrove Park Hospital. The post holder will play a key role within the Radiology Senior Leadership Team, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality imaging services that support excellent patient care and achievement of performance standards.

- Lead service delivery, workforce management, governance, quality improvement, and operational performance across a large multidisciplinary team.
- Work collaboratively with clinical and corporate colleagues to continually improve patient pathways, maximize service efficiency, and support the strategic development of Radiology services across Somerset.
- Maintain a clinical radiography commitment, providing visible leadership and professional expertise within the department.
