About the Role
We are a dedicated friendly team in Radiology providing a service for a range of diagnostic examinations including MRI, CT and Ultrasound scans.
We are looking for a confident efficient individual who can multitask and work under pressure. Do you have an excellent telephone manner and enjoy meeting and greeting patients.
No two days would be the same covering reception at Warwick Hospital.
You would be dealing with patient’s queries and liaising with scanning staff and clinical staff to provide an excellent service for our department.
You would primarily be working in our Warwick Radiology department.
You may on occasion be expected to cover our Stratford Site. Full training will be given to the successful candidate. If you feel you would thrive in this very busy environment we would like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
To meet and receive all customers into any of the reception areas covered by the radiology department, including the checking-in of booked patients for their diagnostic examinations, and the safe and tidy keeping of the radiology waiting area.
