We are seeking a Radiology Technologist to join our team in providing exceptional patient care.

In this role, you will:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitoring
- Educate patients and their families on procedures and radiation safety
- Act as a patient advocate, ensuring high-quality care for a diverse patient population across all age groups and abilities
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for medical imaging procedures
- Perform exams with technical precision
- Evaluate images for quality
- Maintain proficiency in departmental equipment
- Ensure patient safety at all times
Your Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited imaging program (preferred)
- Licensed by the State of Indiana as a Radiology Technologist
- Certified as a Radiology Technologist with the ARRT (If not licensed/certified upon hire, must obtain certification within six months)
- Strong communication skills (with patients, families, staff, and physicians)
- Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks independently
- Proficiency in basic computer functions
- Ability to apply patient care skills for an exceptional experience
- Experience working effectively within a team environment
- Knowledge of sterile technique
- Understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
