RAID Lead / Programme Planner - NHS
ARCA ASSURE is growing and we are looking for two experienced programme controls specialists to join our team working on a major multi-Trust digital transformation programme
We are recruiting for:
RAID Lead – £400/day, Outside IR35
The RAID Lead will take ownership of programme-level risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies across a large, complex transformation programme.
This is a senior programme controls role rather than a PMO administration position. You will work across multiple workstreams and organisations, driving ownership, mitigation, escalation and effective governance.
Key experience:
- Significant experience managing RAID across large, complex transformation programmes
- Strong risk, issue and dependency management experience
- Experience working across multiple workstreams and senior stakeholder groups
- Ability to challenge effectively and drive actions through to resolution
- Strong understanding of programme governance and controls
- Experience producing programme-level RAID reporting and analysis

Programme Planner – £500/day, Outside IR35
The Integrated Programme Planner will own and maintain the integrated programme plan across a major multi-organisation transformation programme.
You will bring together multiple workstream plans, dependencies, milestones and critical paths into a coherent programme schedule, while challenging planning assumptions and identifying schedule risk.
Key experience:
- Significant programme planning experience within large, complex transformation programmes
- Strong experience developing and managing integrated programme plans
- Excellent understanding of dependencies, milestones, critical path and schedule risk
- Experience consolidating multiple workstream plans into a single programme view
- Confidence challenging workstream plans and working with senior programme stakeholders
- Strong programme controls discipline

For both roles
Experience working on large-scale integrated digital transformation programmes is essential.
NHS experience is highly desirable, particularly experience working on EPR programmes or other major clinical system implementations.
Both opportunities are:
- Long-term contract roles
- Predominantly remote
- Outside IR35
- Working as part of the ARCA ASSURE team on a major NHS transformation programme
