How You Will Make an Impact

  • Lead & Innovate: Direct multi-project portfolios, bringing clarity, pace, and strategic structure to high-priority rail initiatives.
  • Partner at the C-Suite Level: Act as the primary lead for senior partner stakeholders, shaping outcomes and building long-term trusted relationships.
  • Pioneer Best Practices: Embed digital delivery tools, drive continuous improvement, and use your operational insights to design future rail programs.
  • Navigate Complex Challenges: Solve high-level operational risks, clear project roadblocks, and champion new ways of working across the rail sector.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Rail Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the rail sector—ideally within an operational environment—along with a current Personal Track Safety (PTS) certification or the ability to obtain one.
  • Agility & Ambition: The ability to thrive in a scaling, fast-changing environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • Strategic Leadership: Exceptional stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and a proactive approach to leading complex programs.
