Rail Telecoms Site Manager – York
MPI are currently recruiting for an experienced Rail Telecoms Site Manager to join a major rail infrastructure project based in York.
We are looking for a motivated and safety-focused individual with a strong background in delivering Rail Telecoms projects and managing site teams within a live railway environment.

- Previous Rail Telecoms Site Management experience
- Valid PTS
- Experience managing site teams and subcontractors
- Strong understanding of Network Rail standards and procedures
- Knowledge of Telecoms systems including Fibre, SISS, CCTV, PA/PAVA, GSM-R, and associated infrastructure
Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day site activities
- Ensuring works are delivered safely on time and to specification
- Coordinating labour, materials and resources
- Liaising with clients, project teams and stakeholders
- Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and compliance
