Overview

Behind every successful product launch is someone making sure everything comes together at exactly the right time.

As our Range Change Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of some of Screwfix's most commercially significant range change projects, bringing together teams across Commercial, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Marketing and more to keep everything moving from concept through to launch.

This isn't about making the commercial decisions. It's about making sure they happen. You'll keep momentum high, challenge where needed, remove blockers and ensure the right people are delivering the right activity at the right time. Working on projects with genuine commercial impact, you'll partner with senior stakeholders across the business and help shape how we deliver range change in the future.

If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity, influencing many different stakeholders and seeing major projects successfully delivered, we'd love to hear from you.

What's in it for you?

  • Discretionary annual bonus up to 20%
  • 33 days' holiday (including bank holidays, 5 of which can be taken flexibly)
  • Hybrid working with up to 2 days working from home
  • Flexible start and end times around core working hours
  • Buy More Holiday - eligible colleagues can boost their holiday allowance by up to one extra week
  • EV Car Scheme in Partnership with Tusker - eligible colleagues can lease a brand-new or pre-loved electric vehicle
  • Up to 14% employer pension contributions
  • Life cover up to 4x your salary
  • Health cash plan and discounted gym memberships (up to 25% savings)
  • 20% discount at Screwfix and B&Q

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the agreed critical path for major range change projects, working closely with all stakeholders and the project team to ensure completion of each action in line with the agreed process, milestones and quality requirements
  • Create and oversee best practice for all other projects, delivering support, training, advice and oversight for stakeholder teams along with progress monitoring to ensure projects are being managed effectively and to time
  • Define and manage the critical path change control process. When unavoidable amendments are required ensure that impacts and implications are understood and managed and that changes are prioritised appropriately
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business & leverage those to ensure their effective compliance to critical path and activity timelines
  • Create clear, timely progress updates for the senior teams on action and milestone delivery status and in particular identify, resolve or escalate challenges before they impact on overall project on-time delivery
  • Develop and encourage proactive, collaborative ways of working, throughout the matrix of team members, identifying and delivering continuous improvement and increasing both speed and effectiveness of delivery
  • Develop the effective use of technological tools to support quicker, more efficient and more effective project delivery.
  • Lead regular cross functional review sessions, to assess progress, resolve conflicts, and align functions on delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
