Overview
There’s a lot that goes into getting a new product ready to launch, and we’re looking for someone who can help keep all the moving parts on track.
From product data and supplier information to pricing, compliance, systems and deadlines, you’ll coordinate the detail and bring together teams across Commercial, Supply Chain and Operations to make sure everything progresses as it should.
As a Range & Product Coordinator, you’ll play a hands-on role in getting new product opportunities through the onboarding process, helping to keep projects moving, solve problems and make sure key milestones are met.

Responsibilities
- Act as the central coordinator for non-core range onboarding activities, ensuring delivery through agreed milestones and deadlines.
- Maintain project plans, trackers, schedules and reporting, providing visibility of risks, dependencies, bottlenecks and milestone status.
- Monitor progress against agreed launch dates and business priorities, escalating risks, delays and blockers where required.
- Coordinate stakeholders across business functions to ensure actions are completed and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Carry out product setup activities, ensuring accurate product data, supplier information, pricing, compliance and operational attributes are captured and maintained.
- Produce dashboards and management information to support delivery oversight, capacity planning and data quality monitoring.
- Provide operational and administrative support for business-as-usual range activity while contributing to strategic projects and change initiatives.
- Identify process bottlenecks and opportunities to simplify onboarding and range implementation activities, helping shape future processes, tools and ways of working.

Qualifications
- Strong data entry and product data management skills.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple product ranges and data points, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work across multiple teams, including commercial, supply chain, and operations, to ensure product mad data flows.
- Adaptability to new technologies and systems in a rapidly evolving business.
- Communications: Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to manage messaging, reporting, and cross-functional updates.
