Rapid Responder / Driving Healthcare Assistant
Areas covered: Tallaght, Firhouse, Knocklyon, Templeogue, Crumlin, Drimnagh, Walkinstown, Clondalkin, Lucan, Ballyfermot, Palmerstown, Inchicore and surrounding South and West Dublin areas.

Are you a qualified Healthcare Assistant with a full driving licence who enjoys variety, independence and working within your local community?
Right at Home is recruiting Rapid Responders / Driving Healthcare Assistants to support clients across Dublin South West.
This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys being on the move and making a real difference. You will travel between clients, provide high-quality care in their homes and support the wider care team when additional cover is needed.

You will use your own car to travel between clients, but you will not be required to transport clients in your vehicle.

Your role will include:
- Providing personal care and companionship
- Supporting clients with meals and medication prompting
- Assisting with light household duties
- Travelling between clients throughout Kells and Athboy
- Covering scheduled calls and providing additional support when required
- Completing care records and reporting any concerns

What you will need:
- QQI Level 5 Care Skills and Care of the Older Person, or an equivalent qualification
- A full driving licence and access to your own car
- Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends
- A reliable, caring and professional approach
- Strong communication and organisational skills
