Make a Real Difference

Are you ready to make a real impact? At Innovate Care Group, we support adults and children with complex health needs to live rich, fulfilling lives – and we’re looking for compassionate individuals to join us. Help us deliver life-changing care that truly makes a difference.

About Innovate Care Group

At Innovate Care Group, we specialise in delivering high-quality, person-centred complex care that enables individuals to live safely and independently in their own homes. As we continue to grow, we're looking to establish a dedicated team of experienced professionals who thrive in new environments, enjoy leading by example and are passionate about setting new care packages up for success.

This is not a typical Live-In Care role. We're looking for experienced clinicians and support workers who can confidently step into brand-new care packages, establish safe, high-quality care from day one, mentor new team members and provide stability until the permanent team is fully embedded.

The Role

As a Peripatetic Rapid Response Live In Carer, you'll become part of our specialist mobilisation team, supporting the launch of new complex care packages across the UK. You'll be the first member of staff introduced to many of our clients, helping establish routines, build trusting relationships with clients and families, and ensure a safe transition while permanent care teams are recruited and onboarded. Once a package is stable, you'll move on to support the mobilisation of another new provision. You'll play a vital role in ensuring every new package starts safely, professionally and with the highest standards of care.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
