We’re looking for a Rates Payment Specialist to join our London team, working alongside our surveyors and Co-Founders as ForeView continues to grow.

The role:

Working closely with our surveyors and Co-Founders, you’ll play a key role in managing, validating, and administering Business Rates for some of the UK’s largest property investors, occupiers, and corporate portfolios.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Reviewing and validating Business Rates bills and assessments from local authorities
  • Managing bulk payment and remittance schedules, ensuring timely BACS payments
  • Investigating billing errors, overcharges, liability dates, exemptions, and reliefs
  • Liaising with local authorities to resolve incorrect bills and track refunds
  • Maintaining and auditing client property and tenancy data
  • Managing escalations, including reminders, summonses, and potential enforcement action

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in Business Rates administration
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Confident written and verbal communication
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical ability
  • A highly organized approach and the ability to manage a fast-paced workflow
  • London Office-based role but open to hybrid working arrangements for the right candidate/s
