Who Are We

Speed NetworkNow is a fast-growing, innovation-driven startup based in London. We create structured networking experiences for entrepreneurs, startups, freelancers, and professionals, while building a wider business ecosystem around content, brand growth, education, and technology.

As our events, community, and digital presence grow, we want to give aspiring content creators and copywriters the opportunity to learn how raw ideas, real moments, and everyday business activity can be turned into engaging content.

This internship is designed for someone who wants practical exposure to content creation, storytelling, copywriting, social media, and brand communication while learning directly from a growing startup.

About the Learning Experience

This is a learning-focused internship built around the full content process:

  • Spot the idea → Capture the moment → Find the story → Write the message → Shape it for the platform

You may have opportunities to create and collect raw content from:

  • Networking events
  • Founder conversations
  • Interviews
  • Behind-the-scenes moments
  • Workshops
  • Community activity
  • Business discussions
  • Everyday startup life

You’ll then learn how those raw ideas can be turned into:

  • Social media posts
  • Captions
  • Hooks
  • Short-form scripts
  • LinkedIn content
  • Promotional copy
  • Email copy
  • Landing-page messaging
  • Founder thought leadership
  • Campaign ideas

The focus is not on producing perfectly polished content from day one. It is about learning how to notice interesting moments, understand the audience, communicate clearly, and turn ideas into useful brand content.

Who This Opportunity Is For

This internship may be particularly relevant to students, recent graduates, or career changers studying or exploring:

  • Marketing
  • Digital Marketing
  • Advertising
  • Creative Advertising
  • Journalism
  • Media & Communications
  • Digital Media
  • English
  • Creative Writing
  • Public Relations
  • Film & Media Production
  • Business
  • Brand Management
  • Social Media or Content Creation

It may also suit self-taught creators who enjoy writing, filming, storytelling, or social media and want to build more practical experience.

You do not need to already be a professional copywriter or content creator.

What matters most is that you are curious, observant, comfortable experimenting, willing to receive feedback, and interested in understanding how brands communicate.

What You May Learn

During the internship, you may gain practical exposure to:

  • Finding content ideas in everyday business activity
  • Capturing useful raw footage on a phone or camera
  • Recording short interviews, reactions, and behind-the-scenes moments
  • Identifying strong quotes, stories, and talking points
  • Writing hooks that attract attention
  • Writing clear, concise captions
  • Structuring short-form video scripts
  • Adapting one idea for different platforms
  • Turning conversations into social content
  • Writing promotional and campaign copy
  • Understanding tone of voice
  • Creating stronger calls to action
  • Repurposing long-form content into shorter formats
  • Using AI tools to support ideation, research, and drafting
  • Reviewing content performance and learning from feedback

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Raw Content Creation

A key part of the learning experience is understanding that valuable content does not always begin with a professional studio setup.

You may learn how to capture useful, authentic content such as:

  • Founder clips
  • Event reactions
  • Quick interviews
  • Audience questions
  • Behind-the-scenes footage
  • B-roll
  • Testimonials
  • Community moments
  • Short educational clips
  • Interesting conversations

The goal is to develop your ability to recognise what is worth capturing and why it could matter to an audience.

Copywriting & Storytelling

You’ll also explore how strong writing shapes the same raw material into content people actually want to read, watch, or respond to.

You may practise writing:

  • Social media hooks
  • Captions
  • LinkedIn posts
  • Short-form scripts
  • Promotional messages
  • Event copy
  • Email copy
  • Calls to action
  • Founder-led content
  • Short campaign concepts

You’ll learn how the same idea can be written differently depending on the platform, audience, and objective.

Learn Through Real Events & Startup Activity

Depending on upcoming projects, you may have opportunities to observe and contribute to content around:

  • Speed networking events
  • Entrepreneur and founder discussions
  • Workshops
  • Community activities
  • Business education content
  • Founder insights
  • Partnerships
  • Brand campaigns
  • Behind-the-scenes startup activity

This gives you the chance to learn how content is created from real situations rather than only classroom exercises or fictional briefs.

Learn Directly From Our Founders & Creative Team

You’ll have opportunities to learn directly from our founders.

You may gain insight into how a startup thinks about:

  • Brand positioning
  • Audience attention
  • Storytelling
  • Social media
  • Founder branding
  • Marketing campaigns
  • Community building
  • Content strategy
  • Business growth

You’ll also receive feedback on your ideas, writing, and content so you can understand what works, what could be stronger, and how to improve.
