Raw Materials FLT Operator – Permanent Role
Job Title & Location
Raw Materials FLT Operator Location: Rugby Job Length: Permanent Working Hours: 42 hours per week Shift Pattern: 4-on, 4-off (rotating between 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am)

About the Role
This position is at our Rugby site, the largest production facility within the Britvic group, responsible for producing up to 50% of the company’s output. Operating as part of a multi-skilled team, you’ll contribute to:
- A highly flexible raw materials operation that meets and exceeds performance targets
- Maintaining exceptional safety, quality standards, and environmental responsibility
- Controlling all raw materials for material delivery via specialized equipment
Key Responsibilities
- Strict adherence to Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies
- Controlling and managing materials to Quality (Food Safety) standards, including required checks and accurate reporting
- Operating Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) for vehicle loading/unloading, inventory management, and production support
- Utilizing SAP and RF scanning systems for precise and accurate inventory control
- Collaborating with production teams to meet efficiencies and performance targets
- Managing waste segregation and recycling in line with environmental requirements
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining zero loss and 5S principles

Requirements & Key Attributes
- Valid RTITB forklift qualification or equivalent
- Proven SAP experience and warehousing knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and capability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to flex across multiple production areas and prioritise changes
- Commitment to excellence, with a clear focus on success and cooperative growth
- Minimum 5 GCSEs (including Maths & English) or equivalent qualifications
- A positive attitude toward personal and team development
