Copywriter
With over 15,000 five-star reviews, VoucherCodes is the UK's biggest and most trusted voucher site. Partnered with big brands like Adidas, Samsung, John Lewis, Travelodge and Domino’s Pizza, we receive over 8 million visits per month. We are on the hunt for a savvy and creative Copywriter to produce clear and concise richer content within time constraints for the VoucherCodes merchant pages.
You will be writing long- and short-form copy for a variety of our partner merchants.
Our ideal candidate is a capable, skilled and imaginative copywriter with an eye for grammar and detail, as well as an ability to produce innovative and original written content for a variety of sectors. If you can grasp project requirements quickly and produce faultless written content, we’d LOVE to meet you.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a part-time job and who wants the flexibility of working from home combined with regular and flexible hours. You'll benefit from being part of a large and established remote team. We’re looking for someone who is motivated and has great attention to detail, whilst being happy to work independently.

What you’ll be doing
Your primary role will be to create fresh and totally original content across a range of topics and merchants, ranging from Adidas to Deliveroo (and everything in between).
This involves writing longer form content, such as our Buyers’ Guides, as well as shorter SEO-driven FAQs and Hints & Tips. In some instances, you will be given a set of keywords for each merchant that will need to be carefully woven into the copy whilst avoiding keyword stuffing.
Responsibilities
- Write clear, grammatically correct copy with the VoucherCodes distinct TOV
- Stick to the designated timeframes to ensure that each project is met within a timely fashion
- Have a basic understanding of SEO and the importance of keywords
- Follow copywriting briefs to understand project requirements
- Write short- and long-form copy for our Guides, FAQs and Hints & Tips sections
- Source and create basic images using Canva
Requirements and skills

- Proven experience as a copywriter or related role (2+ years minimum) or a relevant degree
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills
- Basic understanding of SEO
- Creativity
- An eye for detail
- Ability to produce original content for each merchant without repeating or duplicating work
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office programmes
- Availability to work up to 21 hours per week on a remote basis using your own laptop equipment
