Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated R&D Analyst to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will help design and execute R&D projects centered on antimicrobial and antiviral textiles. You will monitor experimental outcomes, analyze results, and offer practical recommendations to bridge research with real-world applications.

Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and implementing R&D projects for antimicrobial and antiviral textiles.
- Track and assess experimental data to ensure precision and relevance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to turn research insights into viable product applications.
- Deliver data-informed recommendations to shape future R&D strategies.
- Clearly document research processes, findings, and suggestions in structured reports.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, new technologies, and competitor activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Materials Science, Textile Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Previous experience in R&D, ideally within textiles or material science, is preferred.
- Strong analytical ability to process complex data and form meaningful insights.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
- Innovative thinker with enthusiasm for problem-solving and technological advancement.
- University students with passion and relevant interest are also encouraged to apply.
