Our client, a £700m UK subsidiary of a global branded food giant at £20bn, is on the hunt for an Iconoclast, an R&D subject matter expert and heavyweight, a visionary, who can champion the revolution in manufacturing and innovation to meet the demands of increasingly sophisticated consumers, both here and globally.
You are at the top of your game, known for your authority on all matters Research & Development with a focus on strategic future proofing. You have the ambition to lead the ‘reset’ innovation programme for a portfolio of household names and retailer brands that dominate in a £3bn ambient food category. The remit is simple; you will lead the R&D agenda with uncompromising conviction and autonomy.
