R&D Engineer (Aviation)
£40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus Scheme + Progression + Training + Weekdays Only

Are you an experienced R&D engineer with a background in aviation looking to join a growing company, specialising in aircraft component repair, with excellent opportunities for progression and training?
The company have been established since 2016 and are currently expanding, including opening a new facility in Essex at the end of this year. They will look to offer brilliant training to enable employees to thrive and grow alongside them.
Day-to-day you will be researching CMMs, documenting technical information from manuals and working with the team on developing new repair processes and tooling solutions.

The Role
- Interpreting and improving CMMs
- Designing new repair processes and tooling solutions
- Managing capability development projects and providing guidance to production teams
The Person
- Degree in an engineering discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Background in aviation or aerospace
- Experience as an R&D Engineer
- Experience with CMMs
