Are you an experienced R&D Manager who enjoys leading technical teams and turning complex ideas into commercially viable products?
Do you want ownership of an R&D roadmap while helping technical programmes move from concept through to delivery?
Our client is looking for an R&D Manager to lead and coordinate research and development activity, ensuring technical projects are well prioritised, resourced and delivered against business and customer needs.

About You
Our client would be keen to speak with people who bring experience in areas such as:
- Leading scientific, engineering or product development teams
- Managing complex technical projects
- Physics, engineering or another relevant technical discipline
- Experimental or commercial R&D
- Technical product development
- Python and/or MATLAB
- Translating technical challenges into clear plans and deliverables
- Working across engineering, technical and customer-facing teams
You do not need to meet every requirement. Candidates with relevant leadership experience and transferable technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Package
- Salary: £65,000+ depending on experience
- Working: Full-time with flexible/hybrid working where appropriate
- Benefits: Bonus, share options, private medical cover, pension contributions, enhanced family leave, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays and professional development support.
