About the role
We are looking for an RD&A Technician for our site, based in Bristol, GB. The snacks category is an exciting growth opportunity for Kerry. The successful candidate will be lab based, 5 days a week and will be required to support the Snacks RD&A Team.

Key responsibilities
- Accurate and methodical seasoning sample preparation
- Assist in the development of products from concept, trials and all the way through to launch
- Various types of Snack seasoning applications including topical and slurry application
- Raw material stock management
- Base stock management
- Manage & coordinate Analytical requests & Sensory testing
- Perform functionality testing
- Liaise with cross-functional teams within the business to ensure everything is compliant, effective and meeting the project expectations
- Project management
- General lab management
Qualifications and skills
- 3rd level qualification desired but not essential
- Experience in a Food Manufacturing Environment Desirable but not essential
- A keen interest in food
- Competence navigating key R&D systems
- Project management skills
- Lab good practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic team player
- You will bring a high level of attention to detail and have excellent organisational skills
