Re-engagement Employment Advisor
- Salary: £31,930 pro rata
- Location: London
- Contract: 6 months FTC
Are you ready to make a difference in people's lives and ignite their journey back into the workforce? We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team in the pivotal role of Re-engagement Employment Advisor.
About Us
We are at the forefront of the Restart program, a mandatory DWP initiative designed to empower individuals who have been out of work for at least 12 months. Our mission is to provide tailored support, reigniting participant engagement and guiding them towards sustainable employment aligned with their skills and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
- Build effective and positive relationships with participants.
- Provide remote/digital and face-to-face support using platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Create tailored action plans for career progression.
- Offer support for debt concerns, mental health conditions, and career coaching.
- Ensure participants have updated professional CVs and digital profiles.
- Provide industry-specific training and development.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify job opportunities.
- Prepare participants for job interviews through mock interviews and assessment activities.
Qualifications
Competencies & Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Performance target-driven experience.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Flexible and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Welfare to Work experience (desirable).
- Knowledge of the local labor market and stakeholders.
