Re-marketing Specialist
Location: Milton Keynes
About the Role
The Re-marketing Specialist is responsible for managing vehicles from DE-fleet through to sale, ensuring stock is controlled efficiently, buyer queries are resolved, and sales processes run smoothly. The role works closely with internal teams, suppliers, and buyers to maximise vehicle sales and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vehicle stock and disposal activities across sales channels.
- Investigate and resolve post-sale claims and buyer queries.
- Control stock levels, vehicle movements, and unsold inventory.
- Manage operational mailboxes and process cancelled sales.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement and identify process enhancements.

Skills & Experience
- Experience in automotive, re-marketing, fleet, logistics, or financial services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and able to make sound commercial decisions.
