CCS Homecare Services is looking for caring and reliable people to join our Domiciliary Care team, supporting elderly and vulnerable adults to live safely and independently in their own homes across Hillingdon.

What will you be doing?
As a Care Worker, you’ll travel between clients’ homes, providing personalised support, companionship and practical assistance. Your role could include supporting daily routines, providing medication support and simply being a friendly, reassuring face.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working either our 7am–2pm or 3pm–10pm shift pattern. You’ll also need to be flexible to work weekends as part of the rota.

What do you need?
You must be a driver with a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle, as you’ll be travelling between the people we support in the community. You’ll also need the right to work in the UK, good spoken and written English and the ability to obtain an Enhanced Adult Workforce DBS check.
Most importantly, we’re looking for people who are kind, dependable and genuinely want to make a difference.
