Swift Response (Days) – Reablement Support Worker

About Us
We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including Bank Holidays.
Shift Patterns
Vacancy A – 21 hours
- Week 1: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (2:30pm to 9:00pm)
- Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (2:30pm to 9:00pm)
Vacancy B – 35 hours
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday (7:00am to 2:30pm)
- Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (7:00am to 2:30pm)
