Reablement Support Worker (Nights)
11017 | permanent contract | 33.25 hours per week | £26,824 to £28,142 per annum pro rata, £13.90 to £14.59 per hour | Grade E | Dereham Hospital
There is a market supplement of 10% to the base salary to all staff who are employed in night roles. This will be paid three times a year.
We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including Bank Holidays.
Shift Pattern: all shifts are 9pm to 7am
Week 1: Monday to Sunday
Week 2: No shifts

Working with Swift Response, you’ll be on the frontline of Social Care, responding swiftly to calls for support. Whether it’s assisting someone who’s had an uninjured fall, providing personal care, or helping someone regain independence after a setback, you’ll be making a real difference every single shift.
