Job Overview
The Countywide Community Reablement Team supports people over the age of 18 in their own homes, for up to a few weeks, working across the whole of Nottinghamshire County. We provide a person-centred approach to assist people to regain independence, increase confidence, and learn new skills in all aspects of personal care and daily living.
Key Responsibilities
- Support people in their own homes to regain independence using a reablement approach.
- Provide support based on individuals' goals, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication.
- Ensure safe levels of health and safety and consider issues that may prevent independence.
- Work a variety of shifts between 7am and 10pm, including weekends, evenings, and Bank Holidays.

About Us
- We offer a 4 days on/4 days off rolling shift pattern.
- Hours are negotiable with morning and evening work available.
- We provide regular structured hours to support a better work-life balance.

Requirements
- Must have a full driving licence and access to a car for home visits.
- The Council provides reimbursement for mileage incurred for business use purposes (a taxi service will be provided where disability precludes this).
- We do not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
