About The Role
Pertemps Milton Keynes seeks a Reach & Counterbalance FLT Driver for a full-time, temporary post in Bradwell. Paying £14 per hour, the position runs Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:30, with an immediate start. Duties cover operating both truck types safely, loading and unloading deliveries, moving stock, plus put-away and replenishment. This is not purely a driving job; the successful candidate supports wider warehouse tasks when not on the trucks. Applicants need valid reach and counterbalance licences, previous warehousing experience, flexibility and a team-focused approach. Ongoing temporary work within a busy operation near Wolverton.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Reach & Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a busy warehouse operation based in the Stonebridge area of Milton Keynes.
Please note: This is not solely a forklift role. We are looking for someone who is happy to be hands-on and support all aspects of warehouse operations when not operating the trucks. Flexibility and a team-focused attitude are essential.
Key Duties
- Operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Moving stock throughout the warehouse
- Stock put-away and replenishment
- Order picking and packing
- General warehouse duties and housekeeping
- Supporting the wider warehouse team as required
- Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements
- Valid Reach Truck Licence
- Valid Counterbalance Licence
- Previous warehouse experience
- Comfortable carrying out both FLT and manual warehouse duties
- Reliable, hardworking, and flexible approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Available for an immediate start
