About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled React Full Stack Developer to join our team on a contract basis outside IR35. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK, providing an excellent opportunity for developers looking to engage in impactful projects without geographical constraints. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in full-stack development with a focus on React.js. Essential qualifications include proven experience in building scalable web applications, proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with modern frameworks and libraries. Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js or similar is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of RESTful APIs, version control systems like Git, and Agile development methodologies. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
Responsibilities
As a React Full Stack Developer, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining responsive web applications that meet client specifications.
- Collaborating with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to translate requirements into functional features.
- Ensuring code quality through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Optimizing application performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing best practices for security and scalability.
- Participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently.
- Staying updated with the latest industry trends and incorporating innovative solutions to improve the development process and product quality.
