We are looking to add talented React Developers to our database for future contract opportunities. Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester, England — hybrid working
Type: Contract
Full-time
Rate: £500–700 per day
Experience level: 5–10 years in frontend development and related technologies
What You Would Do
- Building and maintaining responsive web applications using React and modern JavaScript
- Collaborating with backend teams to integrate APIs and microservices into frontend applications
- Developing components and features using frameworks such as Next.js, with styling via Tailwind CSS
- Contributing to code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices
- Supporting CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments across platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Working within Agile teams to deliver features across sprint cycles
- Troubleshooting performance issues and optimizing application efficiency

What You Could Bring
Must-have
- 5–10 years' experience in frontend development, with strong expertise in React and JavaScript
- Proven experience building applications with Next.js or similar modern frameworks
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
- Experience integrating with APIs and microservices
- Understanding of version control systems and CI/CD practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
Nice-to-have
- Tailwind CSS or equivalent utility-first styling experience
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms
- Meta Front-End Developer Certificate, JavaScript Certification (JSE), freeCodeCamp Front End Libraries (React) or equivalent
- Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerization
