About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled React Frontend Developer with expertise in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript to join our client's dynamic development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and enhancing a suite of modern web applications, customer-facing platforms, and internal business-critical systems. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for creating intuitive user interfaces, implementing innovative functionality, and contributing to the overall technical direction of front-end development. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where your contributions will directly impact the company's digital offerings and user experience.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of professional experience working with React.js and modern web development frameworks. A strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS is essential. Experience with frameworks such as React, Next.js, and Blazor, along with familiarity with integrating third-party and internal APIs, is required. Knowledge of Azure cloud services, SQL databases, and CI/CD pipelines will be advantageous. Candidates should also have experience with API testing tools like Postman and Swagger and be familiar with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. A good grasp of UX/UI principles and the ability to translate complex business requirements into user-friendly solutions are critical. Desirable skills include experience with Laravel, C#, Knockout.js, and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities
As a React Frontend Developer, your core responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining high-quality, scalable web applications using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Developing engaging and intuitive user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences, ensuring seamless integration with APIs, databases, and cloud services.
- Collaborating closely with back-end developers to contribute to the development of new features and enhancements across various platforms.
- Ensuring software quality through automated testing.
- Participating in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshooting application issues.
- Being involved in code reviews, technical discussions, and driving improvements in development tools, processes, architecture, and documentation.
- Working with Business Analysts and stakeholders to help transform requirements into effective, user-focused solutions, maintaining a focus on best practices in UX/UI design and development.
