About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled React Native Engineer to join our client's dynamic team as part of a significant digital transformation initiative. In this role, you will be instrumental in modernizing and enhancing the core mobile applications of a prominent FinTech organization. Your expertise will contribute to delivering a seamless, efficient, and secure user experience across both iOS and Android platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive developer to work on complex projects within a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA specialists.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in developing mobile applications using React Native, with a solid understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript. You should have a strong background in integrating APIs and backend services, along with a good grasp of mobile application architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices. Experience working within Agile teams is essential, and prior exposure to the financial services, FinTech, banking, or regulated environments is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.

Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance mobile applications utilizing React Native, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Implement new features and improve existing user journeys across iOS and Android platforms to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, Engineering, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business objectives.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security by adhering to best practices and conducting thorough testing.
- Contribute to technical design discussions, architecture decisions, and the establishment of coding standards and best practices.
- Support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes, ensuring smooth deployment cycles and robust testing protocols.
