Location & Working Pattern
This is a full-time role based at Mondeal Heights, Ahmedabad. While the position is predominantly on-site (Monday to Friday), we offer flexible afternoon WFH options for the right candidate. Mondeal Heights is conveniently located on the SG Highway with easy access to public transport and parking.

Backend & Data Services: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase
Testing Suites: Jest, Detox, React Native Testing Library
Cloud & Infrastructure: Cloud-based data workflows (AWS & GCP)
About the Role

We are looking for a Junior React Native Developer who is eager to build high-performance mobile applications. In this role, you will help write clean code, collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, and integrate frontend apps with backend systems. You will have the opportunity to work independently on core features while actively collaborating with our global team.

Key Responsibilities
- App Development: Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using React Native.
- Coding & Collaboration: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into functional, visually appealing features.
- Integration & Security: Integrate applications with backend services, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Firebase while ensuring strict data security practices.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and code reviews to maintain application stability and high performance.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Document technical specifications and share knowledge with team members to foster continuous improvement.
- Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest trends, frameworks, and technologies in mobile app development.
About You
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in React Native mobile app development.
- Core Languages: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6/ES7) and TypeScript.
- Design Sense: A solid understanding of mobile app design principles and UI/UX best practices.
- Testing Suites: Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Detox, and React Native Testing Library.
- App Deployment: Direct experience with App Store deployment (successfully submitting and managing apps on Google Play and Apple App Store).
- API Ecosystems: Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Firebase.
- English & Communication: Strong English communication skills are essential. Because collaboration is at the heart of our global business, we require clear pronunciation and the ability to express complex technical concepts freely with our UK team. While we place a heavy emphasis on high-level English, we are fully committed to investing in you - professional communication coaching and language training will be provided to the right candidate to ensure you thrive!

Desired Experience & Skills:
- AI Integration: Knowledge or basic experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration or working with AI tools.
- Industry Experience: Experience working within the telecommunications (telco) industry.
- Workspace Tools: Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
