React Native Developer (Mobile)

Role Overview
We are looking for a React Native Developer with hands-on experience in building high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cross-platform mobile features end-to-end, managing state and navigation, building scalable mobile architectures, and working closely with product, design, and backend teams to ship polished, high-quality user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, optimize, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Develop mobile product features end-to-end, from UI/UX implementation to API integration and app store deployment.
- Integrate native modules and third-party libraries for camera, push notifications, biometrics, geolocation, and other device capabilities.
- Develop state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, MobX) and handle offline sync, caching, and performance optimization.
- Work with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and real-time data synchronization.
- Manage code signing, build pipelines (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions), and app store submission processes.
- Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect, responsive UIs with smooth animations and gestures.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience building production-grade React Native applications for both iOS and Android.
- Strong hands-on experience with React Native, React Hooks, and functional components.
- Deep understanding of mobile performance optimization, memory management, and battery-efficient background tasks.
- Experience with native bridging (Swift/Kotlin/Objective-C/Java) for custom modules when needed.
- Familiarity with navigation libraries (React Navigation), offline storage (AsyncStorage, MMKV, SQLite), and push notification services (Firebase Cloud Messaging, APNs).
- Experience with mobile CI/CD, TestFlight, Google Play Console, and app release management.
- Familiarity with debugging tools (Flipper, React Native Debugger) and crash reporting (Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics).
- Good understanding of mobile security best practices, deep linking, and app permissions.
- Experience with version control (Git), code reviews, and agile development methodologies.
