Do you have a trade background? Are you able to manage workloads, prioritise tasks and work well under pressure?
We are looking for a Reactive Maintenance Supervisor to join our friendly team in Bulford, Wiltshire. Working alongside our Junior Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations within the reactive team. We currently look after 6000 occupied service family homes across Larkhill, Tidworth and Bulford maintained by a team of plumbers, electricians and multi skilled engineers who will report in to you.
Key Responsibilities (but Not Limited To)
- Assist engineers with technical questions and provide guidance on experience and trade knowledge
- Deliver regular Toolbox talks, safety briefings and updates
- Ensure all engineers have up to day RAMS
- Carry out plans and ad-hoc inspections to monitor compliance
- Act as first point of escalation for complaints related to reactive works
- Provide performance data and operations updates to management
- Liaise with our commercial team for any billable work items

What are we looking for?
- Experience in a maintenance environment ideally in a lead or supervisory role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- SSSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications are desirable but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to complete and pass security vetting
