Role Description
This full-time Reactive Salesperson role is an on-site position based in Bournemouth. The role involves responding promptly to inbound sales inquiries, qualifying leads, and providing tailored event solutions that meet client requirements and budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing proposals and quotations, managing follow-ups, updating CRM records, and supporting clients throughout the booking process. The Reactive Salesperson will collaborate with operations and event delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover and an excellent client experience, while consistently meeting individual and team sales targets.

- Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and respond professionally to inquiries.
- Sales and negotiation capabilities, including experience with converting inbound leads, handling objections, and closing deals.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple inquiries, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic IT tools and CRM or sales systems to manage pipelines, track communication, and maintain accurate records.
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise proposals and presentations.
- Previous experience in sales, events, hospitality, or a related customer-facing sector is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Bournemouth and collaborate effectively within a team-based environment.
- Motivated, target-driven mindset with a focus on delivering a positive client experience and contributing to business growth.
