Who we’re looking for
We’re particularly interested in experienced professionals who:
- Have 5+ years’ professional experience and a proven track record in their field
- Are confident building and maintaining strong relationships
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Are commercially minded and comfortable developing new business
- Have the resilience and commitment to build a long-term career
- Are motivated by helping people and delivering great client outcomes
- Are ready to take ownership of their future rather than simply looking for their next job
