Your new role

Your new job working as a Property Account Handler means you will be responsible for supporting and servicing a diverse portfolio of Real Estate clients, handling your own portfolio of client accounts, ensuring a consistently high standard of client care and technical delivery.

Working alongside other Account handlers, Account Executives and client Directors you will manage the day-to-day administration of client accounts, including the preparation of new business documentation, mid-term adjustments and renewal information, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring all client data is processed efficiently and compliantly.

You will also work closely with insurers and clients throughout the policy lifecycle, obtaining renewal terms, exploring market options and helping to secure the most suitable insurance solutions. The role will involve preparing renewal documentation, processing policies, confirming cover with insurers and ensuring all renewals are completed within agreed timescales. In addition, you will handle client and insurer queries and support credit control activities.

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience working as an Account Handler handling Property Owners / Real Estate business will contribute to your success in securing this role. Or if you have Commercial experience with Property Owners they may consider your application. You will be fully proficient in Acturis and ideally, you will be educated ideally to GCSE standard or equivalent and have obtained or be working towards your Cert CII. You will be able to work to targets within a regulated, measurable framework and achieve SLA's whilst showing evidence of rapport-building and experience in providing solid customer service focus with outstanding communication and social skills.
