Role Description
Nestello Estate Agents is looking for an experienced, self-employed Estate Agent to join our growing team.
This is a commission-based opportunity designed for someone who already understands the estate agency industry, is confident dealing with clients, and can generate their own business.
You will have the freedom to work from anywhere, with a flexible approach to managing your own diary, clients, and pipeline. You will be responsible for developing your own client base while also working alongside the wider Nestello team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating new leads and business opportunities through your own network, prospecting, social media, and other channels.
- Building and managing your own portfolio of sellers, buyers, landlords, and investors.
- Winning new instructions and bringing properties to market.
- Conducting valuations and advising clients on pricing and marketing strategies.
- Managing property listings and coordinating viewings.
- Handling enquiries and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiating offers and helping progress transactions through to completion.
- Keeping accurate records of clients, leads, and transactions using Nestello’s systems.
- Building your own personal profile and reputation within the property industry.
- Identifying opportunities for additional property, investment, and sourcing business.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in UK estate agency or property sales.
- Confident generating their own leads rather than relying solely on company-generated enquiries.
- Comfortable managing clients independently from initial contact through to completion.
- A strong communicator and negotiator.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage their own time.
- Confident using social media and modern digital tools to generate business.
- Comfortable building a personal brand and developing a long-term client network.
- Professional, honest, and committed to providing a high standard of service.
- Driven by results and comfortable working on a commission-only basis.

Previous experience in residential sales is highly beneficial. Experience with commercial property, investment property, development land, or property sourcing is also advantageous.
Working Arrangement
Employment type: Self-employed / commission-based
Location: Remote / UK-wide, with opportunities to work across Leicester and surrounding areas
Working style: Flexible — work from home, remotely, in the field, or from the office when required
Probation: A probationary period will apply before full progression within the role.
This is not a traditional salaried estate agency position. You will have the flexibility and independence of working for yourself while operating alongside the Nestello Estate Agents brand, systems, and team.
