Location: Dubai
We are looking for a motivated, confident, and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to join our growing team.
No real estate experience is required. Join our British real estate agency and start your career in property with full training and ongoing support. We welcome motivated, confident, and ambitious individuals from all backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow.

What You'll Do:
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Keeping up to date with the current market rate
- Building relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Following up with leads and generating listings
- Finding and contacting potential clients
- Calling out for your property listings
- Taking professional photos of your listings
- Working towards sales and commission targets
- Negotiating prices and offers
- Prepare and manage contracts and paperwork for property sales and rentals deals
Qualifications:
- Experience within a sales industry but is not mandatory
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
- Positive and hardworking attitude
- Presentable, professional, and open
- Good negotiation and organizational skills
- UK/UAE driver's licence (you will be required to rent a car, which we will arrange for you at your own expense)
- Reliable, punctual, and committed
- Good attention to detail
- Resilient and able to handle challenges and rejection
- Time management
