Please note that this is a Commission Only Role; no Salary is provided.
Please note that this is an On-sight Role based in Dubai.
Role Description
The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Conducting market research
- Providing customer service
- Negotiating deals
- Managing property listings
- Facilitating sale transactions

The Broker will also:
- Maintain and develop client relationships

Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate brokerage or sales is preferred, but we also welcome experienced sales professionals from other industries looking to transition into real estate.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A strong sales-driven attitude and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Well-versed in local property market dynamics and current trends.
- Proven capability to adapt swiftly to evolving market conditions and diverse client requirements.
- A valid driver’s license is essential.
