Relocation - Sales & Leasing Property Consultant

Espace Real Estate, an award-winning brokerage, was established in 2009 as a small yet determined property services company, with a primary goal to bring traditional UK estate agency standards to Dubai. We have gone from strength to strength to become one of Dubai’s leading brokerages and today, we are a 200-strong team who are multilingual specialists in transacting all types of property in Dubai - making sure our clients enjoy a smooth and straightforward process that is tailored to their needs.

We are expanding our residential division and are looking for motivated, money-hungry individuals to join our growing team in Dubai. We understand the importance of having a strong focus on ensuring clients experience a smooth and straightforward process that is tailored to their needs.

The role of a Real Estate Agent offers variety and diversity; no two days are the same. Responding to the changing needs of buyers and sellers often requires adaptability; ideal candidates are required to be proactive, forward-thinking, confident, and competent in negotiating, with great interpersonal skills.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
