Experienced Real Estate Sales Professional
South West Sydney | Commission Only | Flexible Working
Are you a self-motivated real estate professional who values relationships, autonomy, and providing exceptional service to your clients?
We’re looking for an experienced, like-minded sales professional to join our team and work alongside an established Property Management department servicing valued landlords throughout the greater South West Sydney region.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants the freedom to build their business without being micromanaged, while still having the backing, resources, and support of an experienced team and recognised national brand.
The opportunity
- You’ll have the flexibility to work both from the office and remotely, managing your business in the way that works best for you.
- You’ll also have the opportunity to build relationships with our existing landlord network, providing trusted sales advice and exceptional service when their property needs change.

About you
- You’ll be a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor for all their real estate needs.
- You’ll be comfortable taking ownership of your results, generating opportunities, and working independently while remaining an active part of the broader team.
- A NSW Class 1 Real Estate Agent Licence is required.
This is a commission-only position suited to an established or ambitious sales professional who wants greater autonomy while retaining the support, systems, and opportunities that come from being part of a larger team and national network.
